Introduction

Welcome to SipoorAI. These terms of service govern your use of our services, including our biography storytelling service and our WhatsApp album creation service. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Definitions

• User: Any person who registers for or uses the service.
• Service: The SipoorAI platform, including memory book creation, video recordings, WhatsApp album creation, and all related content.
• Content: Any information, text, images, audio or video recordings uploaded by a user, including WhatsApp chat exports and group media.
• Subscription: Annual subscription for video storytelling storage.
• Album: A photo album generated from a WhatsApp group chat export using AI-powered curation and layout.
• Album Service: The WhatsApp album creation service, including AI-powered photo curation, caption generation, and print fulfillment.

Eligibility

The service is intended for users 18 years and older. Minors may use the service only with parental consent.

Account and Access

The biography service requires registration via phone number and OTP code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The album service can be used without account registration, using only an email address for order updates and delivery communication.

Services and Pricing

Current prices (including VAT):

Biography Storytelling:

• Base story package: ₪499 (includes one printed book)
• Additional story in bundle: ₪399
• Extra copies: ₪149 each (every 5th copy free, up to 40)
• Video storytelling setup: ₪99
• Annual video storage subscription: ₪49/year

WhatsApp Album:

• Album package: ₪139 (includes one printed album)
• Extra album copies: ₪99 each

All prices include VAT. The company reserves the right to update prices.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it for providing the service only. We do not use your content to train AI models.

When uploading WhatsApp group chat exports, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share this content, including messages and media from other group members. You are responsible for ensuring that sharing this content does not violate the rights of other group members. We process group chat content solely for album creation purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Parts of our service use artificial intelligence to generate content, including photo captions, quote selections, chapter organization, and album layouts. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are provided with a preview of all AI-generated content before placing a print order, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving the content.

Subscription and Payments

Video subscription renews automatically annually via our payment provider.

• Auto-renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Access continues until end of paid period.
• Archive period: Content remains in archive for 12 months, during which you can reactivate your subscription to restore access.
• Permanent deletion: After 12 months in archive without reactivation, content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

QR Codes

QR codes in books work only while subscription is active. When subscription expires, QR codes will immediately stop working until the subscription is reactivated.

Printed Books

Printed books created through the service are produced by BookPod printing house in Israel. Books include a colophon page with publication details in accordance with the Books (Duty of Deposit and Specification of Details) Law, 5761-2000.

• Books are intended for personal and family use only.
• Books are not intended for resale or commercial distribution without prior permission.
• By ordering a book, you represent that you have obtained necessary consent from individuals mentioned or featured in stories and photographs.
• Book content is created with AI assistance based on personal memories and may contain inaccuracies.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service for:

• Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content
• Impersonating another person
• Distributing malware or viruses
• Commercial use without permission
• Attempting to hack or reverse engineer the system

Liability Limitation

The service is provided 'as is'. Our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the last 12 months. AI-generated content (including captions, quotes, and layouts) may contain inaccuracies, and we are not liable for errors in automated content. We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or economic losses.

Termination

We may terminate the service or suspend your account for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be heard in Tel Aviv courts.

Modifications

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes 30 days in advance.
