This policy details your cancellation rights under Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel a transaction within 14 days of purchase or receipt of confirmation, whichever is later.
Special Rights
People with disabilities, senior citizens (over 65), and new immigrants (up to 5 years) are entitled to an extended 4-month cancellation period.

Include: full name, ID number, and transaction details.
Personalized Products
Printed books and albums are personalized products. You can cancel orders only before printing begins.
Once the book or album is sent to print, the order cannot be cancelled.
Album Orders
- WhatsApp album orders are one-time purchases (not subscriptions).
- A digital preview is provided before payment. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the album content.
- Albums are personalized products created from your specific WhatsApp group chat.
Cancellation is possible only before the print order is submitted to production. Once submitted, the order cannot be cancelled.
Video Subscription
- You can cancel the video subscription at any time
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Content is immediately archived upon expiration and kept for 12 months, then permanently deleted
Refunds
- Refund within 14 days of receiving cancellation notice
- Refund to original payment method
- Cancellation fee: up to 5% of transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower
Defective Products
For defective products, you will receive a full refund without cancellation fees.
