This policy details your cancellation rights under Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Cancellation Rights
For a distance sale, you may cancel a product purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the transaction disclosure document, whichever is later. For an ongoing or digital service, you may cancel within 14 days of the transaction date or receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to applicable law and the start of service delivery.
Special Rights
A person with a disability, a senior citizen aged 65 or older, or a new immigrant within 5 years in Israel may be entitled to an extended cancellation period of up to 4 months when the transaction followed a prior conversation or other direct communication with the business before purchase, subject to the conditions set by law.

Include enough information to identify the transaction: full name, order number or purchase date, and contact details. If an Israeli ID number was provided as part of the transaction, we may request it for identification.
Personalized Products
Printed books and albums are created from personal content, design choices, and customer details, and may be considered goods made especially for the customer. Print orders can be cancelled until production or printing begins.
After production begins or the book or album is sent to print, the customized print component cannot be cancelled, except in case of defect, non-conformity, or another right under applicable law.
Video Subscription
- You can cancel the video subscription at any time
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Content is immediately archived upon expiration and kept for 12 months, then permanently deleted
Refunds
- Refund within 14 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice
- Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. If that is not possible, we will coordinate an alternative refund method.
- Cancellation fee, where permitted by law: up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee applies for defective or non-conforming products.
Defective Products
For a defective product, a product that does not match the order, or a service not supplied as agreed, we will handle the request without cancellation fees and offer repair, reprint, replacement, or refund according to the circumstances and applicable law. In that case, return shipping costs, if any, will not be charged to the customer.
