Delivery Areas
Currently we ship within Israel only.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time:
Up to 15 business days from final approval of the content and print order, unless stated otherwise on the order page or quote.
During peak periods, holidays, printing-house delays, or carrier delays, delivery times may be longer. We will update the customer in case of a material delay.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the base story package and album package where shown on the order page or quote. Shipping costs for extra copies or special orders will be shown before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
After shipping, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track orders in your account.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us and we'll resolve it:
Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing an accurate address. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
