Delivery Areas
Currently we ship within Israel only.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Book preparation and printing: 5-7 business days
- Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Total: 8-12 business days from order confirmation
During peak periods or holidays, delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the base story package and album package. Additional copy shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
After shipping, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track orders in your account.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us and we'll resolve it:
Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing an accurate address. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
